Born Marshall Bruce Mathers III, this American rapper is more popularly known as Eminem. Known throughout the music industry for his ability to create amazing lyrics bursting with energy, Eminem has proven himself to be one of the greatest rappers ever.
The Academy and Grammy Award recipient has already accomplished so much. Eminem has released five mainstream, three underground, three soundtrack and compilation albums in a span of seven years including The Slim Shady (1999), The Marshall Mathers (2000), The Eminem Show (2002), 8 Mile Soundtrack (2002), Encore (2004), Curtain Call: The Hits (2005) and Eminem Presents the Re-Up (2006).
With most of his album reaching certified platinum record sales status, Eminem has produced many hit singles including My Name Is, The Real Slim Shady, Without Me, Forget About Dre, Lose Yourself, Shake That, Smack That and Encore/Curtains Down.
Eminem also has his own music label Shady Records which signed music artists like D12, Obie Trice, Stat Quo, Ca$his and Bobby Creekwater. He is currently working on his new album slated to be released in late 2007 or early 2008.
